Extenders can be used to increase size adjustment on bras with Hook & Eye ‘clip’ fasteners.
For fashion bras, they are typically used to increase the size of the bra band.
For compression bras, they can be used to increase shoulder strap length and/or to allow more adjustment across the underbust and breast when managing post-operative swelling.
Extender size is based on the number of rows of clips. Common sizes are shown below. Other sizes are available on request.
