Description Medical grade silicone gel with zinc oxide (chemical-free mineral sunscreen). Gel dries to form a thin, flexible layer that flattens, softens and fades scars by promoting occlusion (sealing and protecting the scar), hydration (moisture uptake), elevated skin temperature and continuous light pressure. Zinc oxide can reduce hyperpigmentation (darkening related to sun exposure).
